About this event

UPDATED MAY 25, 2021:

Due to the overwhelming demand, we are thrilled to announce TWO additional performances of THE SOUND OF MUSIC: Sunday June 27 @ 12pm and 5pm.

Tickets for these added performances go on sale Wed May 26 @ 9am. We will only be releasing a small percentage of tickets for sale at this time, while reserving a cache of them in case of any weather cancellations of the Thurs/Fri/Sat shows.

This allows us to honor our pledge to provide a rain makeup date to existing audiences, while doing our best to serve new audiences who want to see the show. After the allotment of these official pods for Sun shows have been sold, we will be opening a waitlist.

For those who have asked, while we have been thrilled in the past to be able to extend runs of a couple productions, this production must close on Sun the 27th.

Thank you and please help spread the word about our added performances on Sun June 27 @ 12pm and 5pm!

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR OUR COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES FOR THIS EVENT

WHAT: Fairfield Center Stage (FCS), an environmental community theater group, along with partner Fairfield Museum & History Center, will present an outdoor musical production of THE SOUND OF MUSIC in downtown Fairfield this June. The show runs one weekend only: June 24-27, 2021 at Fairfield Museum Commons at 370 Beach Rd behind Old Town Hall. This event is generously sponsored by Joyce Hergenhan.
